Planning
Understand the organization, the program already in place, and the budget before coverage is placed or renewed.

South Texas Risk Management provides insurance brokerage and consulting services to help organizations protect their employees, manage risk, and make informed coverage decisions. We work with businesses and public entities to develop solutions aligned with their needs, priorities, and budgets.
What we do
Brokerage places the coverage. Consulting helps you decide what that coverage should be, what it costs, and when it should change. We do both, and we stay with the work after the proposal.
02
Property & Casualty
Protect your organization against risks that can affect your property, operations, and financial stability. We help identify coverage needs and evaluate insurance options suited to your organization.
Property and liability · Workers’ compensation · Cyber, auto, and professional liability
03
Consulting Services
Make confident decisions with practical guidance. Our consulting services help organizations assess existing programs, evaluate costs, and plan for changing insurance needs.
Program reviews · Carrier comparisons · Renewal planning and budget analysis
A relationship built on service
Insurance decisions deserve clear explanations and responsive support. South Texas Risk Management takes time to understand your organization and provides guidance throughout the year — from initial planning and enrollment to renewals and ongoing service needs.

Who we work with
We primarily work with larger groups. Benefits, property, and liability are easier to manage when they are looked at together, against the same priorities and the same budget. Some of those conversations include captive insurance. Employers also ask about a PEO when payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation might be handled together.
Employers building a benefits program and protecting the operations around it — property, vehicles, liability, and the risks that come with a workforce.
Public organizations making coverage decisions in view of a budget, the people they employ, and the community they serve.
Enrollment, renewals, and more than one line of coverage need to be handled as a single program. That is the work we primarily do.
